There are two ways to join a translation job in Redokun: via email invitation or via platform invitation.
Once a translator is invited to translate a document in Redokun, she or he receives a notification email inviting her or him to work on the translation (see the example below). After she or he has accepted to work on the translation, the document owner will receive a notification email that the translator has started working on the document translation.
Once a translator signed up in Redokun, she or he can accept translation jobs directly from her or his account document list. When a translator is invited to translate a document, Redokun shows a message box in the translator's document list.
You can translate a document with the Web Editor, or exporting all the text of an Adobe InDesign document in a Microsoft Excel file (Link).
Note: Please note that not updated versions of Trados might generate an error while uploading the Microsoft Excel file exported from Redokun. To solve this issue, you can open the Microsoft Excel file with Microsoft Excel and save it with a new name, or you can export the sentences in an ODT file directly from Redokun.
