There are various reasons to change or update a document: product updates, graphic reviews, or mistakes. This means that designers have to apply these changes to all the translated documents, which is both time-consuming and error-prone. Redokun's document revision feature makes the whole process easier.

1. Update your document in the original program where it was created (e.g. Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, etc.).
2. Go to the document details page
3. Click on the "Upload new revision" icon on the right side of the page and upload the new file.
Redokun automatically updates all the languages assigned to that document, so that you only have to translate newly updated sentences, if any. Graphic changes and new sentences are instantly updated in all the target languages and assigned translators are notified about the new document revision.
