Thanks to your feedback, we’ve improved filters and introduced a new feature called Saved Views on the Document List page—making it easier for you and your team to organize and access your documents.
What's new?
Here’s what’s changing:
Filters (Improvement)
Filters help you find projects more easily. The enhancements we’ve made may be subtle, but they significantly improve usability.
- Easily find and apply filters on the Document List page
- A single filter pane is now visible and can be expanded when needed
Saved Views (New!)
If you frequently use filters to manage your projects, Saved Views let you quickly access, reuse, and apply them with a single click. This feature is available to our Premium Plan customers.
Managers can:
- Create views based on who uploaded projects, team members, target languages, or translation status and save them for future use
- Quickly rename, edit, or delete saved views
Saved Views appear next to filters as Views.
Search box (Improvement)
The search box now helps you find the projects you need to review or translate with fewer clicks.
- Simply input text and press Enter to instantly search for folders or documents
