Upload a document to get started
Got a new document to translate? Just upload it — Redokun will automatically extract the text and create a new project using the file name. You’ll be prompted to choose a source language and select the target languages you want. No more copy-pasting or manual prep work.
Invite collaborators with just a few clicks
Add new translators by email or choose from your existing team. Redokun automatically suggests translators based on the languages you selected, making setup faster and easier.
Track progress across all languages at a glance
Curious where things stand? Simply expand a project in the Document List to see the progress of each language version — without leaving the page. Use filters to create custom views and monitor progress more easily.
Get the final documents in their original format
Once translations are confirmed, click the Download button to export the finished documents. Thanks to Redokun’s automatic file formatting, your translated files will match the original layout and styling.
Update translations without restarting the project
Whether you're working with an updated technical manual or a last-minute change, Redokun’s Quick Revisions feature lets you upload a new version of the document without starting over. Only the new or edited content will require translation, and your translators are automatically notified to review just those updates — saving everyone time and effort.
Work seamlessly with external translators
Need to collaborate with external translators who use different tools? With Redokun, you can export your project texts in multiple formats—XLIFF, ODS, or XLSX.
Once the translations are completed, simply import the files back into Redokun to build your translation memory and keep your content aligned for future projects. This way, external workflows stay flexible, and your internal systems stay consistent.
