The Project Pass is designed for one-time or occasional translation projects. It gives you access to Redokun’s core translation workflow for 30 days, with a simple pay-as-you-go pricing model. Redokun’s subscription plans are better suited for teams with ongoing or recurring translation needs, wanting to build a scalable translation workflow. They include advanced features such as translation memory, AI fine-tuning, activity tracking, and long-term workspace access. If you only need to translate a document once or don’t require long-term asset reuse, the Project Pass lets you complete your project quickly without committing to a subscription.

Your 30-day access begins immediately after purchase. We recommend having your documents and team ready before you buy so you can make the most of your time.

After 30 days, your account switches to read-only mode. You can view your work but can't edit or download translations. To continue working, upgrade to a subscription plan at any time, your progress will be preserved.

Each file you upload counts as one document, regardless of length or format. A 50-page technical manual and a 2-page product sheet both count as one document. You can translate each document into as many languages as you need—language count doesn't affect your document limit.

A document credit is deducted when you download your translated document. Until then, you can upload, translate, delete, and re-upload documents freely without affecting the document limit.

The Project Pass includes 5 documents. If you need more, upgrade to a Basic or Premium subscription for unlimited document uploads. You can upgrade anytime without losing your progress.

Project Passes can't be extended, but you can upgrade to a subscription plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll keep all your Translation Memories, Glossaries, and project progress.

After 30 days, your account becomes read-only, you can view your work but can't edit or download translations. After 60 days of inactivity, all documents and data are permanently deleted. To keep working and preserve your data, upgrade to a subscription before the 60-day mark.

Yes. AI pre-translation is included at no extra cost and allows you to customize the tone of voice. Redokun selects the AI model to ensure the best possible quality.

No, you don’t need to. This pricing includes the AI translation as well.

Yes. The Project Pass includes 2 Translator seats. You can purchase additional translator seats for €10 per translator. If you need more seats or have any questions, please contact us.

If your document exceeds the included word limit, you can purchase additional word credits for €20 per 5,000 processed words. If you need additional credits or have any questions, please contact us.

Sure. If you have a 10,000-word document to translate into 4 languages and need 5 translator seats, the total cost would be €165: €95 for the Project Pass, €40 for an additional 10,000 processed words, and €30 for 3 additional translator seats. There are no hidden costs, and this price includes AI translation credits.
