The Project Pass is designed for one-time or occasional translation projects. It gives you access to Redokun’s core translation workflow for 30 days, with a simple pay-as-you-go pricing model. Redokun’s subscription plans are better suited for teams with ongoing or recurring translation needs, wanting to build a scalable translation workflow. They include advanced features such as translation memory, AI fine-tuning, activity tracking, and long-term workspace access. If you only need to translate a document once or don’t require long-term asset reuse, the Project Pass lets you complete your project quickly without committing to a subscription.
Your 30-day access begins immediately after purchase. We recommend having your documents and team ready before you buy so you can make the most of your time.
After 30 days, your account switches to read-only mode. You can view your work but can't edit or download translations. To continue working, upgrade to a subscription plan at any time, your progress will be preserved.
Each file you upload counts as one document, regardless of length or format. A 50-page technical manual and a 2-page product sheet both count as one document. You can translate each document into as many languages as you need—language count doesn't affect your document limit.
A document credit is deducted when you download your translated document. Until then, you can upload, translate, delete, and re-upload documents freely without affecting the document limit.
The Project Pass includes 5 documents. If you need more, upgrade to a Basic or Premium subscription for unlimited document uploads. You can upgrade anytime without losing your progress.
Project Passes can't be extended, but you can upgrade to a subscription plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll keep all your Translation Memories, Glossaries, and project progress.
After 30 days, your account becomes read-only, you can view your work but can't edit or download translations. After 60 days of inactivity, all documents and data are permanently deleted. To keep working and preserve your data, upgrade to a subscription before the 60-day mark.
Yes. AI pre-translation is included at no extra cost and allows you to customize the tone of voice. Redokun selects the AI model to ensure the best possible quality.
No, you don’t need to. This pricing includes the AI translation as well.
Yes. The Project Pass includes 2 Translator seats. You can purchase additional translator seats for €10 per translator. If you need more seats or have any questions, please contact us.
If your document exceeds the included word limit, you can purchase additional word credits for €25 per 5,000 processed words. If you need additional credits or have any questions, please contact us.
Sure. If you have a 25,000-word document to translate into 5 languages and need 5 translator seats, the total cost would be €155: €100 for the Project Pass €25 for an additional 5,000 processed words €30 for 3 additional translator seats There are no hidden costs, and this price includes AI translation credits.
We only accept bank transfer payments for our Basic and Premium plans when subscribed annually, with an additional charge of 80 EUR/90 USD. Please get in touch with our Customer Support team via email ([email protected]) to set this up.
Redokun ensures your data is protected with encrypted communication (TLS) during transfer and secure storage in ISO 27001 and SOC-compliant data centers. This guarantees your translations remain private and safe at all times.
We offer a free trial so you can try Redokun for 14 days and 10.000 exportable words. Also, our team will always be available to provide a personalized demo based on your needs and to help you get the most out of Redokun.
You can upgrade your plan at any time during your subscription. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you won’t lose the amount you've already paid, you'll receive a prorated credit for the remaining time on your current plan, and the upgrade cost will be adjusted accordingly. The word count is only totalled up when you first export a document in each language. Let’s say the document you need to translate is 100 words in total. Only 100 words will be deducted from your words count limit, regardless of how many times you generate different drafts of the document during the translation process. In other words, the number of words deducted at the end is not dependant on the number of times you choose to generate the document.
The word balance for annual plans does not reset on a monthly basis. Everything's set to run smoothly for the whole year. When things get busy, you won't need to stress about using up your word balance for the month. And you also won't need to worry about not having enough word balance to translate additional work. Plus, enjoy a 2-month discount with the annual plan.
Words are deducted when you first export a document in each language. For example, if your document is 100 words and you translate it into 3 languages, 300 words will be deducted from your balance. The number of words deducted is not affected by how many drafts you generate during the translation process. If you upload a document as a revision, it will be treated as a new document and counted accordingly. Please note that for languages like Chinese, Korean, and Japanese, each character is counted as one word.

When you subscribe to an annual plan, you can immediately access and translate the amount of words provided for all 12 months if needed. For example, if you subscribed to an annual plan that allows you to translate up to 50.000 words per month, Redokun gives you upfront access to 600.000 words (for the whole year) as soon as your plan is activated.
