We offer a free trial so you can try Redokun for 14 days and 15.000 exportable words. Also, our team will always be available to provide a personalized demo based on your needs and to help you get the most out of Redokun.
You can change your plan at any time during your subscription period. If you upgrade in the middle of the billing cycle, the account will be credited a pro-rated amount for the time remaining on your existing subscription and you will be charged for the upgrade with the credit applied. Downgrades on the other hand are processed at the end of your current billing cycle.
The word count is only totalled up when you first export a document in each language. Let’s say the document you need to translate is 100 words in total. Only 100 words will be deducted from your words count limit, regardless of how many times you generate different drafts of the document during the translation process. In other words, the number of words deducted at the end is not dependant on the number of times you choose to generate the document.
The word balance for annual plans does not reset on a monthly basis. Everything's set to run smoothly for the whole year. When things get busy, you won't need to stress about using up your word balance for the month. And you also won't need to worry about not having enough word balance to translate additional work.
Number of words that can be exported. For instance, a 100-word document translated in 3 languages would count as 300 words in total. A document uploaded as a revision will be considered a new document and accounted in the same way. Chinese, Korean and Japanese are handled differently (1 character equals 1 word).

When you subscribe to an annual plan, you can immediately access and translate the amount of words provided for all 12 months if needed. For example, if you subscribed to an annual plan that allows you to translate up to 50.000 words per month, Redokun gives you upfront access to 600.000 words (for the whole year) as soon as your plan is activated.
