Create your free Redokun account, then go to Plans inside Redokun and select Project Pass.
Your 30 days start the moment you purchase, not when you upload your first file. Complete your preparation before buying: finalise your source file, confirm your translators, and prepare your Glossary terms. Download the preparation checklist.
When your 30 days are up, your account switches to read-only mode. You can view your work but can't edit or download. Your Glossary entries are preserved in full. After 60 days of inactivity, all documents and data are permanently deleted. If you need to continue the project, you can purchase a new Project Pass, though you'd start fresh on document credits.
Yes — at any time during the 30 days. When you upgrade, your glossary entries, and all project progress carry over automatically. Nothing is lost. The Workspace Plan also gives you unlimited documents, higher Glossary limits, and a word allowance that resets monthly (if you purchase a monthly plan).
InDesign (.indd via plugin), Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), Excel (.xlsx), PDF, XLIFF, JSON, SRT subtitles, and more. Redokun preserves your document's layout and design — the translated file downloads in the same format as the original, ready for designers to review and make final tweaks, or to use without reformatting.
Note for InDesign users: You'll need to install the Redokun plugin for InDesign before uploading. Confirm this is possible on your machine before purchasing.
The free trial is a 14-day trial of the Workspace Plan, designed for teams evaluating Redokun for ongoing, recurring translation needs. Project Pass is a standalone product for teams with a single project to complete right now. It gives you 30 days, full access to all translation tools, and a real deliverable at the end.
