How does the 14-day trial work?
You have full functionalities for 14 days. There’s no risk, no obligation and no credit card required. You can cancel your account and your data at any time.
What kind of support will I get?
We believe that support is one of the most important parts of Redokun. Our helpful support team is available Monday to Friday from 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM (CET) via email, telephone or web chat. We can also be available outside regular office hours on request.
How can I pay?
We accept payments by credit card or bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT). Our credit card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
How secure is my data?
Your data is safe with us. Redokun runs on secure servers in Europe with a high access protection.
What happens when the trial expires?
At the end of the trial you will need to pick one of our plans in order to generate more translated documents. All your documents already generated will be kept for 3 months and you will be able to download them anytime within the 3 months.
Are RTL (right-to-left) languages supported?
Yes, we support RTL (right-to-left), and LTR (left-to-right) languages, and also BiDi (bidirectional) paragraphs.
Will it work for me?
Yes, you only need a modern browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari.
Does Redokun have Arabic and Hebrew support?
